Age Well For Life EP provides convenient, safe and effective load bearing exercise therapy that aims to increase bone mineral density (BMD) and ultimately reduce fragility and the susceptibility to fracture.

Women lose BMD post menopause due to reduction of estrogen and if BMD loss is severe enough it will result in osteoporosis.
