Adam Rimland (Age Well For Life) has been my Exercise Physiologist for nearly 2 years now. Since 2020, I had several falls and illnesses, which caused a slow degradation in my mobility and stability. I wasn't capable of walking even short distances. I was also on Prednisolone, which masked my pain. Once the illness, Polymyalgia Rheumatica, was brought under control, the pain returned. This is when Adam came on board. He was able to get me up and moving again. I then had Spinal Stenosis Decompression Surgery and this is when Adam really came to the fore. I was shuffling and stumbling and had extreme problems getting out of chairs etc. He has improved my strength, mobility and stability to a point where I am so much more confident with walking and visiting friends and going to venues where I have to handle chairs. Adam is very experienced and very responsive to any problems I may have. He amazes me with his knowledge of anatomy and recommends exercises to suit any problems I encounter. He is also very caring and compassionate. I cannot fault him. I will always be happy to refer anybody to Adam and be happy for anyone to contact me if they wish.
